Here is a review of the news for November, posted as always on our Notice Portal.
In November we identified a total of 133 new calls.
There is some big news: call schedules for some of the most important European programs are available, namely Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, Creative Europe and CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values).
One of the most interesting new developments concerns the Erasmus+ program and the opening of calls for the European Solidarity Corps, but there are also many new opportunities from Digital Europe and the structural funds.
In contrast, the CERV program’s calls for proposals will be published starting Dec. 11, while those of the Creative Europe program began to be published in October.
Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps
November saw the publication of the 2026 Guide to the Erasmus+ program(here in Italian) andthe 2026 Guide to the European Solidarity Corps(here in Italian): these are essential documents for knowing the timetable of the planned calls and for delving into the priorities, objectives and areas of action of the calls for each program.
As for Erasmus+, they are open:
- 12 centrally managed calls under the Jean Monnet program, the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and a call for large-scale events in the sports sector;
- 24 calls run by national agencies in the areas of adult education, vocational education and training, youth, higher education and DiscoverEU.
For the European Solidarity Corps, they are open:
- 3 nationwide calls for the Quality Mark for Volunteering, Volunteer Projects and Outreach Projects;
- 2 centrally managed calls on volunteer groups in high-priority areas and on volunteerism in humanitarian aid.
Creative Europe and CERV
At the end of September, the Work Program for 2026 of Creative Europe: many calls for proposals were published already in October. The program contains the indicative schedule of deadlines for the coming year.
More specifically, 1 call on the European Heritage Label was published in November.
In early December, however, the Work Program for 2026-2027 of CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values). Calls for proposals will be published starting December 11, following the timeline indicated in

Other European programs
We also have many other interesting opportunities under other European programs:
- Digital Europe: 26 new calls for initiatives related to coding, especially cascade funding at national level, EU Code Week, areas related to education, AI, digitization in health, automotive and media;
- Single Market Program: 1 EU-Japan training opportunity.
Territorial cooperation and PN
New call for proposals opened under Interreg Italy-France Maritime. Under the National Capacity for Cohesion Program, a call for proposals has been published for ANCI’s “Cap4City” project on strengthening the administrative capacity of municipalities.
Structural Funds

- Basilicata (2), on research and consulting for fund management;
- Calabria (2), on European internships and personal training;Campania (1), on technological development;
- Emilia Romagna (3), on startups, inclusion and training;Friuli Venezia Giulia (1), on energy efficiency;
- Lazio (1), enterprise internationalization;Liguria (2), on access to credit enterprises and handicrafts;
- Lombardy (3), on audiovisual, microcredit, inclusion;
- Marche (4), business internationalization, education, handicrafts;
- Autonomous Province of Bolzano (5), on energy efficiency, research and innovation, and employment;
- Autonomous Province of Trento (2), on training abroad and public administration;
- Piedmont (3), on district heating, access to credit, apprenticeships;
- Apulia (8), cinema, cultural heritage, live performance, training, health services, innovative enterprises;
- Sardinia (1), on vocational education and training;
- Sicily (1), on medical and health training;
- Tuscany (1), on training;
- Umbria (3), on training and on maternity and work-life balance;
- Aosta Valley (2), on inclusion and training;
- Veneto (9), on cycleways, digital transition for government and local government, competitiveness, district heating, hydrogen.
