Announcements of September 2025

Let’s find out what’s new for the month of September, posted as always on our Announcement Portal.

There are 57 calls for proposals in total that we highlight, with some interesting new features in European programs and some opportunities at the regional level, especially in calls funded through ESF+.

European calls for proposals 2025: European programs

• Digital Europe: 3 new calls in cybersecurity, on research and business solutions.
• EU4Health: 13 new calls in cancer research and screening, data and AI for medical innovation, measures to counter health effects of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
• Creative Europe: a call for emerging artists to participate in European festivals.
• CERV: 7 calls and cascade funding for NGOs against discrimination and promotion of European values.

European Calls for Proposals 2025: Structural Funds

We have 26 new calls in:

• Latium (2), on incentives to businesses for youth and adult placement and cinema;
• Lombardy (2), on organizational, training and management well-being of enterprises and continuing education in enterprises;
• Marche (1), on enhancing the capacity of social partner workers;
• Piedmont (1), on socio-occupational inclusion and disability;
• Apulia (1), on AI and data for local governments;
• Sicily (2), on waste collection and composting;
• Tuscany (9), on research and innovation for business, visual arts, educational services 0-6, inclusion and sports, and continuing education;
• Aosta Valley (1), on the digitization of enterprises;
• Veneto (7), on corporate welfare, youth, skills, elderly care and SME guarantee fund.

European Calls for Proposals 2025: Rural Funds

However, 6 new calls have been published in Abruzzo (1) on competitiveness in agricultural enterprises, Campania (1) on animal welfare, Friuli-Venezia Giulia (1) on AKIS (system for knowledge exchange in the European agricultural sector), Lazio (1) on non-productive agricultural investments, Liguria (1) on promotion of quality products, Tuscany (1) on agribusiness, and Umbria (1) on training of agricultural entrepreneurs.
